Managing Team Members & Roles

Collaboration is both an essential part of our workflows as well as a constantly changing one so we made managing users and their access levels quick and painless.

You begin by going to theTeam section under the main menu000 08 interface main menu hamburger Here you’ll find two sections Users and Roles.

User – The User tab is used to manage those you’ve invited to take part in the apps you’ve created by assigning roles.  To learn more about the specific options under the User tab refer to the article titled Managing Team Members

Roles – The Roles tab is used to manage access levels by group. In Enjion these groups are called “roles”. To learn more about the specific options under the Roles tab refer to the article titled Managing Group Roles.
